The significance of planning has become an essential element in the creation of productive programs.

Your current security/safety policies and procedures may have become out-dated and possess marginal effectiveness. Redesigning directives with overall company or healthcare missions creates a strong unity of responsive program performance.

Revising your current program requires not only considering prevailing issues, but also a perspective on long-range plans for the future. A cost effective, detailed proposal outlining the means and resources required to update your current security and safety is the foundation on which productive programs develop.

A strong effective program evolves from a series of developmental steps designed especially for your facility. An objective viewpoint from a professional security/safety and/or environmental consultant will provide insight and guidelines for alternative procedures.

CP Consultants,Inc. is able to call upon its extensive experience in Security,Safety and Law Enforcement to undertake comprehensive analysis and assessments of existing programs.

We are able through detailed auditing of existing policies and procedures to identify potential weaknesses and make constructive recommendations to comply with local, state, federal standards and guidelines to significantly reduce or eliminate potential problems, both for the present and long term.

The security/safety or environmental analysis includes a review of existing policies and procedures identifying the areas that are inadequate or ineffective. Interviewing divisional, departmental managers and staff comprises the internal review. The physical security review evaluates interior and exterior preventative measures for securing the facility and surrounding environment.

The information obtained through the audit will be completely evaluated and a proposal for upgrading implementation will be developed. A completed survey report and professional presentation for administration and/or Board of Trustees would be presented. The end result is a cost-effective security and safety program that is realistic and responsive.
